Rate covers the Botanical Conservatory Greenhouse, Mediterranean Room, and Lakeside Pavilion together as one event venue. Lakeside Pavilion available April-October; whole venue not available for private events during April. Event rental rates: Jan-Mar $3,500 (Mon-Fri, Sat, Holidays) / $4,000 (Thu/Sun); Apr-Dec $6,500 / $7,000 plus a $1,500 additional fee. Providence residents get 10% off May-Dec with ID; nonprofits get 10% off. Security required, provided by the City for an additional fee ($45/hr in the policy). Catering tent required for food-service events at $500 extra. $1,000 non-refundable deposit at booking; full payment due 30 days before event. Rental includes 5 hours (reception only) or 5.5 hours (ceremony + reception); events 5pm-midnight Fri/Sat or 5pm-11pm Sun. Chairs, tables, heating/cooling, and extra lighting not provided - vendors must supply.
