The only city park where specific picnic sites can be reserved in advance: required on summer Sundays and holidays (Memorial Day to Labor Day); all other times first-come, first-served. Picnic permits required for groups of 50+. City fee schedule (ROH 10-2.9, published Nov 2013 fee inventory): $15 processing + $25 flat rental for events under 300 people, $50 for 300-500, $100 for 500+; pavilions may not be reserved for exclusive use.
